Yakisoba Chicken
Ingredients: - 1/2 tsp seseme oil - 1 TBS canola oil - 1 TBS chili paste or sauce - 2 cloves chopped garlic - 1 chopped onion - 1/4 cup soy sauce - 1/2 chopped cabbage - 2 chopped carrots - 8 oz. soba noodles cooked and drained
Instructions: 1. In a large skillet combine seseme oil, canola oil, and chili paste. Stir fry for 30 seconds. 2. Add garlic and stir fry for an additional 30 seconds. 3. Add cooked chicken and 1/2 the soy sauce. Then, remove and set aside. 4. In emptied pan, combine onion, cabbage and carrots. 5. Stir fry until cabbage begins to wilt (2-3 minutes) 6. Stir in remaining soy sauce and add the cooked noodles. 7. Add the chicken mix to blend. 8. Serve and enjoy!
